Lo Stento is the landscape, tradition and nature. It is defined by olive trees, sunny fields, fresh water, orchards, flowers, four brothers, a budding amphitheatre, bees, the shadow of the Cathedral dome and a single captain: our grandmother.
The name derives from the exposed hillside which froze in winter, remained shaded in summer and had stunted production. Now the context is changed, but the name remains as our agriturismo flourishes in the Florentine hills.
